Thanks for pointing it out. I would not claim that Qisutu is better for every use case; the two projects have a different focus. Libredesk appears to be primarily a modern customer-support platform built around a shared inbox, email and live chat. Qisutu is aimed more broadly at structured ticketing and IT service management, with separate customer and agent portals, configurable queues and workflows, service and SLA…
