My question— How to find an open source software idea (or ongoing project) like Python, Linux, WebRTC or something else?
I want to work on some meaningful projects to help solve some bottlenecks.

I'm mostly focusing on Server architecture and Serverless network.

#4My recommendation is to try con contribute to projects you already use? Which ones are you using? Which features would you like?
Also, good bug reports are very useful. So if you find some error, fill a polite bug report with clear reproduction instructions.
