AI can write much more code than it was possible before but the real question is whatever that is of any economic value or is it more comparable to the iron smelting in china during the mao reign.

Code's utility was never meant to be measured by quantity. Everybody were on board on this when some managers started to count commits and realized that's stupid. They need a quick reminder again.
