Curious, what is the need for ranking people on how they utilize AI?

I like what you have. I would venture above L2, which is my level, you might have a split path. Split would involve issues of teaching, agentic, management, and architecture.

I see the value for this clearly in regards to discussion, job listings (Resumes), and for planning a knowledge path forward.
