Depend of the state, could be internal turmoil (revolution), peaceful change with new constitution and ideal, or external force imposing change (like Germany post-WW2, being split between alors).

No i mean like. How do you picture the end result?

I would hope for a truly secular state with a multicultural population, paid reparation to displaced Palestinian families and farmers and a memory duty (museum, memorial, documentaries and school teaching) to counter the years of propaganda.

And mass prosecution of head of State and army top brass.

Something to keep in mind - responsiblestatecraft.org is published by the Quincy Institue, considered by many to be a de-facto lobbying group for the Islamic Republic of Iran. Here is one data point: https://quillette.com/2024/06/20/the-quincy-institute-middle...

He's not talking about Hamas. Nice try.

Let’s not pretend you’re not part of the problem. You’re ignoring the full quote that you keep asking people to reference.

How would you envision the end of the state?

Similar to apartheid South Africa's with more returning of ancestrally owned land I reckon.

The thing is nobody wants to be South Africa. Decline, corruption, sectarian parties and a general bleak long term outlook for the population who gave up control.

The jews in this picture would likely see a much bleaker fate due to their current standing of having brutalised the palestinians in a repeating game of mutual retaliation and escalation but also the diaspora and sheer prevalence of arabs around them. Think how Lebanon went from a christian country to a muslim one in no time with hezbollah calling a deceptive amount of the shots but... worse.

>with more returning of ancestrally owned land I reckon.

A huge part of the black population of SA wasn't there before the boers so the sins of the father or 'blood and soil' rethoric makes a lot more sense for the palestinians. I think it's a valid feeling but also one that cuts on both sides. However the biggest growing group in israel and a big part of the later migration and thus settlement are the mizrahi who have defined a lot of the current hard line stance and to them this western/christianity morality idea of atonement makes no sense. They'd be giving up this land the most but also wouldn't be given their ancestrally owned land back and are also the most adversarial to the palestinian population.

I suspect that this kind of tactic is going to be everywhere in a year or so. Entire fake personalities and organization websites on the Internet created just to push a narrative or to advertise a product, which completely drown out real information. At some point they may be indistinguishable from human-produced work, so the only way to verify if a site is someone's genuine opinion or AI-generated narrative is throu…

The dead internet theory was a bit ahead of reality, but no less prescient.

If you hear extraordinary claims, such as the comment above that claims Ben-Gvir called for the daily killing of 30-40 Palestinians, you should ask not only for solid evidence but also context. I am not at all surprised that it was a comment about the targeted assassination of terrorists, or people who participated in the October 7th terrorist attack, or something like that. These tactics are obvious. Take a quote ou…

I provided some important context in my post. The man once had a shrine in his house dedicated to a mass murderer of Palestinian civilians at prayer, including a twelve year old.

Fair enough, I should have replied to the user who originally posted the manipulated quote out of context.

Who is saying that? And by acknowledging that the land was bought pre-war you're also acknowledging that the (explicitly colonial) Zionist project pre-dates the Holocaust. So it has nothing to do with "nowadays", that was more than 100 years ago.

The commenter referenced 1947. And said from nowadays PERSPECTIVE about THAT time that it's a "bigoted state project". I just reminded them that the project got its population (50%+) from Jews that ran for their lives. So his NOWADAYS perspective about that time is crazy. As from the first moment, it was about protecting Jews.

The only other alternative at the time was the US, but with limited immigration after WW2, it was obvious it couldn't be the whole story.

If you have further disagreement, please explain why in the same sentence he wrote "bigoted state project" and 1947.

EDIT: you added "(explicitly colonial)" before Zionism. And I looked at your comment history... Your are deliberately misreading stuff... good luck out there. My last words to you are: At that time before WW2, this entire area was under the Ottomans, so making a government there for Jews (enclave) by BUYING land, is colonial, and not what you try to say which is: "Kill all natives, we are the superior race". Because who at that time thought he could overthrow the Ottomans? But you don't care.

You are implying conspiracy. It doesn’t track. Israelis, and their supporters, love to boast of Israel’s technical prowess and world leading capability in many areas. Most people do this and Israelis are no different. However in Israel’s case there is evidence of its ability to build, hack and exploit technology at a very high level. The attacks on centrifuges and pagers being prime examples. Yet when reports of thes…

I agree with what you said about Israel's prowess and experience in this field. But Russia and China are not really that behind in propaganda, even if they may not have AIPAC equivalent in the west. Remember that Soviet Russians were instigating revolutions and toppling governments once, leading to the cold war. Today, RT is banned / censored in the west even as RT is investing heavily to increase its influence internationally (Putin arrives in India with a mega megaphone: Russia TV opens India arm with 100-member team - https://indianexpress.com/article/india/putin-india-mega-meg... ). The Americans had to buy TikTok to protect Israel's image (people were turning to TikTok as western platform were censoring everything on the genocide and Israel - TikTok sale could be ‘consequential’ for Israel, Jews, Netanyahu tells influencers - https://jewishinsider.com/2025/09/tiktok-sale-netanyahu-amer... ) and stop the spread of propaganda by China (Ahead of SCOTUS Hearing, Study Finds TikTok Is Likely Vehicle for Chinese Propaganda - https://gizmodo.com/ahead-of-scotus-hearing-study-finds-tikt... ).
