#9991) https://hoamy.app An easy HOA management platform that has every feature a small HOA might need. Because I like to think I'm not too ignorant, I can imagine at some point in time people might want to egress from the platform for whatever reason. And I wish more platforms would do this, but because I don't like taking people hostage, if they're not satisfied with the platform after having used it for a while, they can easily export all their data again. This should lower the entry bar.
2) https://playmoneyquest.com A serious game that supports schools or parents to teach children in becoming (more) financial literate. I feel like I missed this completely in my own education / upbringing, and I feel this could help people become more responsible when it comes to managing their finances. Teach kids the right ways to spend or save money, and they're set for life. This project still has a long way to go though.
