Work on your English. I interviewed a young guy in Pakistan. His American English was flawless (no accent). He told me he talks with ChatGPT voice mode for 2 hours a day.

#17I simply stopped looking for one and created a few products, then I started getting job offers via email. I am now just a consultant for a few companies and work from my home office.
How's the money though, relatively.

I hire a lot of people outside US for digital marketing roles. Other big thing is invest in decent microphone. Camera and lighting (for me) is miles behind how I judge candidate vs. sound quality. This is probably not true for every interviewer but that’s what I encourage everyone to do. Get a decent mic first. Doesn’t need to be expensive. $20 or $50USD goes a long way.
