Joulent | Founding ML Platform Engineer, Energy Intelligence | San Francisco | HYBRID | Full-time | equity

We deliver multi-gigawatt power to AI data centers, and this is the founding hire on the team that forecasts load and market prices. You own the whole spine: ISO/RTO market feeds, weather and plant telemetry through feature store, serving, drift detection and the model gateway.

Not a scale problem — the data is rich, not petabyte. Feeds land late and get revised after the fact without ever throwing an error, so the failure mode is a price series quietly wrong for three weeks behind a forecast that looks fine. The work is trust infrastructure: lineage, freshness SLAs, point-in-time correctness, eval gates that can block a model.

Python, SQL, Airflow, containers, IaC. 5+ years on production data and ML platforms; energy background welcome, not required.

Sitewire | Full-Stack Software Engineer | Full-Time | $130-200k USD | 0-0.1% Equity | Remote (US only)

I'm the head of engineering at Sitewire, a construction finance platform that helps lenders and real estate investors track projects, automate work verification, and speed up payments. Our small, fully-remote team has built a profitable product that's expanded organically 3x per year, mainly through word of mouth. We're now looking to roughly double the size of our engineering team as we enter our next phase of growth.

We're looking for smart, pragmatic full-stack engineers who operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. This is not a ticket factory: you'll be working directly with our PM to turn product briefs into new platform features and will have a hand in shaping the architecture and design of the things you build.

Our current stack is React and React Native on the client side with Postgres as our database. Our web app and API are currently powered by a Ruby on Rails monolith that we're gradually migrating off of. You don't need experience with Rails and it's not what we're hiring for: we're looking for React experience + solid backend engineering experience with any modern language.

Our interview process is pretty simple: a phone screen/behavioral interview, a 1-hour coding challenge that you can complete as either a live session or a take-home (your choice), and a presentation on a project you designed and feel particularly proud of (or think is particularly interesting).

If you're interested, please fill out this form and I'll be in touch: https://forms.gle/diVa5ScKJLYnW7u38

Talonic | Staff Site Reliability Engineer (founding) | Berlin, Germany | HYBRID | €80–90k + VSOP | jobs@talonic.ai We do enterprise document ingestion — capture a document once into a canonical field registry, then project it to any schema, no re-extraction. Stack: AWS, Docker, Railway. We've never had a dedicated reliability owner and it's starting to show. You'd be the first: SLOs and an error-budget policy that ac…

Hi Talonic team,

I’m interested in the founding Staff Site Reliability Engineer role.

The opportunity to be the first dedicated reliability owner and build the foundations around SLOs, error budgets, observability, incident response, and safer deployments is especially appealing to me. I also like that reliability is closely connected with your compliance requirements and architecture.

The AWS/Docker stack is familiar to me, and I’m happy to learn Railway. I’d also be interested in hearing more about how you’re currently handling incidents, deployments, and observability, and where you see the biggest reliability challenges today.

I’d be happy to discuss my experience, including a Sev1 incident I’ve owned, and learn more about the team and the role.

ORIGAMICS | Founding Backend Engineer | REMOTE (US)

Origamics is building AI models that reason about hardware and electronics systems. We turn existing schematics into production ready boards, helping hardware design move at the speed of software. We’re hiring our first founding engineer to work directly with the founders. You’ll own product architecture, services, storage, engineering-tool integrations, and the productionization of physics-informed models.

You Might Thrive If You: have built 0→1 systems, make sound build-vs-buy and infrastructure tradeoffs, and are excited by agentic systems and foundational AI models. >4+ years of experience building REST applications.

Familiarity with the stack is not required but it would be nice to have. FastAPI, Postgres, S3, Python, Render/AWS, Codex/Claude/Kimi/Qwen (any other foundational model experience), monitoring frameworks.

Odin | Senior Design Engineer, Senior Platform Engineer — Edge Systems | Remote (US) | Full-time

Odin is the workforce visibility and compliance platform for critical infrastructure. We protect the world’s largest construction projects, data centers, and critical assets—from groundbreaking through post-turnover—by unifying physical access control, workforce compliance, video monitoring, and drone surveillance in one command center. We’re already on 500+ active projects with 100K+ workers, securing over $100B in construction value.

We’re hiring two hands-on senior builders:

1. Senior Design Engineer: Research, design, and build the interfaces people use to run jobsites. You’ll establish Odin’s design language and production design system, create coded prototypes with mocked states, and implement responsive, accessible screens across desktop, tablet, and mobile. We’re looking for someone whose portfolio demonstrates customer research, strong product and interaction judgment, and substantial production frontend engineering.

2. Senior Platform Engineer — Edge Systems: Build the software connecting jobsites to Odin’s cloud. You’ll work with cameras, access-control readers, rugged devices, local compute, and constrained networks. You'll own device integrations, video and event ingestion, buffering, synchronization, remote deployment, diagnosis, and recovery. We’re looking for production experience with edge or distributed systems, intermittent connectivity, third-party hardware or protocols, and software operating beyond a conventional cloud environment.

Our stack includes TypeScript end to end, Node.js and GraphQL, React and CSS, React Native and Expo, Postgres, Kubernetes on GCP, and Datadog. Design Engineering uses Figma and Claude Design. Edge Systems integrates with technologies including CCURE 9000, Avigilon, HID, Zebra, Esper, and Iru.

Both roles require strong ownership, operational maturity, mentoring, and using AI to accelerate work without outsourcing judgment. These are individual-contributor roles and include periodic jobsite travel.
