hmmm, where do I start?

Do non techies use programming languages or frameworks? do they design systems for their own use? They just use it without knowing. This is similar to "No one out of the automobile design industry talk about engine design"

And what about using the word "Normal" to describe non techies? so technical people are "not normal".

No they don't, not efficiently (if you are referring to indirect access).

"Normal" is synonym to average in this case.
