I think a lot of us probably would agree that pornographic content is generally bad for society. I think the hard part here is actually getting rid of it. This is the "slap on the wrist, don't do it again". A future judge will not be so kind if they keep doing it. Being punitive the first time is unwise because it invites abuse by others seeking an advantage.
