300k/person seems kind of low given they get paid in millions. might even encourage them to do this in future given theyve seen what the punishment could be.

#7It's important to remember this was only over 10 positions so while the overall amount seems low, the per-position fine was pretty high.

Who gets paid in millions? It doesn't look like their pay is actually very good except higher level positions.
