Hey, I think I'd be a good fit for this role, I already applied for this last month by sending you an email from my public address (TheDcoder [at] protonmail.com), perhaps you missed it? :)

#174Aqora Quantum is building the algorithm layer of quantum computing: the place where people develop, share, and orchestrate quantum workflows. Hardware gets most of the attention, but the algorithms and the tooling around them are where the field actually becomes useful, and today that work is scattered across notebooks and one-off scripts. We host versioned datasets and reproducible benchmarks so results are comparable, and give teams a way to publish a workflow that someone else can pick up and run. Think Kaggle/Hugging Face, but for quantum. We're a small but growing team, having just raised our seed round, and we're now extending into the US.
We're looking for one senior full-stack engineer. You'd own features end to end: GraphQL API and services in Rust, React/TypeScript frontend, plus the runner that executes user-submitted workflows against simulators and real backends.
You don't need a quantum background, but you do need to enjoy going deep on an unfamiliar technology and getting productive in it fast. That happens here constantly, and we'll give you the time and the people to learn it properly. Beyond that: production Rust you've shipped and maintained, and real comfort across the stack.
Onsite in Paris or remote anywhere in the EU. If you're not in Paris, expect to join us there regularly for team weeks.
Email jannes@aqora.io with a CV or GitHub, mention HN. Happy to answer questions in the thread too.

#175We are hiring software engineers who enjoy solving important real-world problems and working close to hardware; who learn new domains quickly and prefer practical solutions over over-engineered systems or unnecessary complexity. You’ll work on the projects best suited for you. Projects range widely, and include:
- Scientific tools
- Automation & robotics (Linux & ROS level)
- Embedded C/C++ (typically owned by dedicated firmware engineers, but software engineers are welcome to learn!)
- Linux, CUDA, Server engineering for our AI safety, security, and verification work
- Custom simulation software (usually python)
- Data analysis pipelines (python)
- Organisational tooling (Typescript, react, postgres, etc.)
Structure: Small teams of software, mechanical, electronics, and firmware engineers build end-to-end systems, typically shipping within a few months.

#176Lokker is a privacy platform that helps organizations understand and control what is happening across public-facing infrastructure: websites, browser-side applications, scripts, pixels, cookies, tags, forms, SDK/API calls, and browser-side data flows.
We are hiring a senior backend engineer to own and continue to scale Lokker’s scanning infrastructure. This role focuses on backend systems for high-volume website scanning, browser automation, distributed scanning, networking, reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
IMPORTANT: A key requirement for this role is substantial, hands-on production experience with browser automation, headless browsers, crawlers, scanners, synthetic monitoring, scraping infrastructure, or closely related technologies. This is not a general backend role, and we can only consider candidates who have already built, operated, or scaled systems in this domain.
Other relevant experience includes distributed systems, queues/orchestration, high-scale backend services, HTTP/TLS/DNS, proxies, CDNs, WAFs, bot detection, and fingerprinting.
Production experience in Go, Rust, TypeScript/Node.js, C++, or similar.

Just FYI: the local Chipotle in Petaluma (CA) is offering a starting salary of $20/hr + tips (I just happened to notice this over the weekend), which works out to at least $40K/year, which is the bottom of the range for the Sr SWE QA. Good luck trying to hire at this range!

#179We're looking for Python backend engineers to work on a trustless supercluster of performance-proofed GPU-enabled sandboxed docker container runners controlled by truly decentralized algorithms (not just PAXOS or RAFT).
Wow, that was a mouthful...

#180Stripe | Hybrid (50% of time in Toronto office) | Senior Go developer We're looking for a senior-level Go developer who can design and ship idiomatic code our users love to work with. We can all write Go that compiles, but don't always know what best practices for 3rd party code are (in the Go ecosystem specifically). Ideal candidates are a part of the Go community / ecosystem and know what the current best practices…
This sounds up my alley - Go (10+ YoE), TS (10+ YoE), PHP (25+ YoE) and I'm very interested but my wife and I both have elderly parents to support so relocating isn't really an option. (Minnesota)
