Forward Deployed Engineer | AI Transformation | Agentic Systems | Previously at frontier labs

Location: EU/US Remote: Yes Willing to relocate: No CV: Ask Email: d.dev.nyc+hnjobs@gmail.com

I help organizations evolve into AI-native businesses by redesigning processes, decision-making, and operating models around LLMs, agentic systems, and intelligent automation. I enjoy partnering with leadership to identify high-leverage opportunities, define AI strategy, and translate ambitious transformation goals into processes that drive organization-wide adoption.

My focus is applying frontier AI capabilities—LLMs, agents, and intelligent automation—to transform how companies operate: redesigning business processes, augmenting teams, automating knowledge work, and building agentic workflows that create measurable business impact.

I specialize in bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution. I work with executives, operators, and technical teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, translate ambiguous problems into scalable solutions, rapidly prototype systems, and drive adoption across teams.

My expertise includes enterprise agentic workflows, AI-native operating models, AI orchestration, workflow automation, autonomous business processes, and production AI deployment.

I'm particularly interested in helping companies rethink how work gets done — building AI-first workflows and augmenting decision-making where humans and AI collaborate effectively. I enjoy working across strategy and implementation, taking ideas from discovery through deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Looking for Forward Deployed Engineering opportunities where technical excellence, customer partnership, and AI-driven organizational transformation are equally important. If that's the transformation your company needs, reach out via email.

Hello! I am a software engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, more than 10 years of experience and 10 professional certifications earned after a lot of study and hard work.

Up to anything: Backend, frontend, blockchain, compilers, DevOps, embedded or mobile. Bonus point if there is a little bit of Rust involved.

If you are curious my greatest project is WTX, a fast WebSocket framework and Database client that gave me a lot of insights about performance and code architecture. See https://github.com/c410-f3r/wtx.

For more information, take a look at my CV (https://c410-f3r.github.io/curriculum.pdf).

Summary: Senior AI Full-Stack Engineer with 8+ years of experience building production-grade AI applications, LLM-powered products, and cloud-native platforms. I specialize in Generative AI, RAG systems, AI agents, conversational AI, and real-time voice applications using OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, and modern vector databases. My background spans Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, Node.js, Java, and AWS/GCP/Azure, with extensive experience designing scalable, low-latency AI services from prototype to production.

Most recently, I built multimodal AI assistants for healthcare, including real-time transcription, clinical documentation automation, semantic search, and HIPAA-compliant AI workflows serving thousands of users. I'm passionate about building practical AI products that combine strong backend engineering with intuitive user experiences, and I'm interested in opportunities involving AI infrastructure, agentic systems, LLM platforms, and full-stack AI product development.

Location: Istanbul, Turkey (UTC+3) Remote: Yes (remote only) Willing to relocate: No Technologies: TypeScript, Next.js (App Router), React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Tailwind, Vercel, Vercel AI SDK, Anthropic/OpenAI APIs, RAG, Discord API Résumé/CV: https://personachat.chat (live product; PDF CV on request) Email: info@personachat.io

I build and run PersonaChat (personachat.chat), an AI character chat platform on Next.js and Supabase — live since 2025, built and operated solo.

Production LLM work rather than demos: streaming chat over the Vercel AI SDK; a long-term memory layer with append-only writes and invalidate/supersede semantics, idempotency keyed on source turn ID so a dropped stream never duplicates a turn; a relationship engine holding state across sessions that feeds back into generation; and the same character system running through a Discord surface, which forced the state logic out of the components into a shared layer.

I also instrument and read my own funnel in Postgres rather than guessing, and I run Claude Code daily against structured specifications rather than prompts — agents write most of the code, the spec and the review are the job.

Open to full-time or contract. Full overlap with European hours, mornings with US Eastern.

Product Designer with 11+ years of experience in design, research, and some front-end. I've worked on design systems, AI-powered dashboards, fintech, fleet mobility platforms, B2B and B2B2C SaaS, and standards development. Most recently I was working on skills to facilitate prototyping spec-accurate designs and flows for ecommerce, as well as another skill to enable client-facing teams to create full prototypes for pre-sales demons. I've worked in both startups and large corporations, and I'm interested in opportunities where I can learn and build on top of designing for complex systems.
