Please Don't Make Spreadsheets Pretty

Usually, scholars don't bother formatting spreadsheets. they just need to produce statistics from the data. But for office workers, formatting Excel is another skill that gets evaluated. It's like how I put meaningless animated UI elements on my homepage.
