Paramount agrees to pause $110B Warner Bros merger as case plays out

They should be fighting (and losing) legal pressure to be broken up into smaller companies, not consolidating even further. Maybe after the media landscape is at least as fragmented in the 90s, they can start thinking about a very few mergers again.
