As the other commenter said, Kit is the name of a baby Beaver.

The welsh for child is plentyn, if you were interested.

Five times in the article! One additional in title. One more in a caption. Seven mentions! I know a baby barber is called a kit, but this is ridiculous!

Funny note: Kits are born fully developed. They’re basically like little copies of their parents. Very cute.
