This is the first time I've seen someone blame immigration for climate change.

If a person living in x country has a climate change impact of 1 and when they move to country y where they have a climate change impact of 3. Do you think that the climate change will be impacted to a greater or lesser degree by moving from country x to y?

What do you think when that is repeated with 100 million people that have moved from country x to country y in 25 years?

It was clearly hot last month, but that isn't what anyone is arguing about in this thread. Hot months have happened throughout history. inigyou scoffed at the idea the appearance of long term climate change can be caused by immigration. But they shouldn't have scoffed, because it's one of the primary drivers of data difficulties in climatology. Do you accept this fact?

Look if you have the inside take on a systematic inaccuracy in weather stations time to follow the underpants gnomes and profit. I am sure you can make a killing in crop insurance futures.

I wasn't sure what this was a reference to. Grok says it's about a case in Kansas in 2016, but:

- They tried to sabotage rain sensors

- The insurer was the federal government

- They were quickly caught

So ... there doesn't seem to be any commercial angle here. Is that what you meant?

Isn't the effect a bit overstated (ie european climate would still be somewhat similar to western canada) and wouldn't the UK specifically still benefit a lot from it's ocean climate moderation (less extremes including cold)

The climate in Hungary is really not quite the same as in Stuttgart...

I honestly don't know. We do get to subzero temperatures relatively easy in winter in Hungary, it's quite a different climate from Greece and Italy.
