How I built my site with no frameworks and Claude Code (PHP, vanilla JavaScript)

The fading draws attention to the things my brain already knew how to ignore. Less animation is almost always better, no matter what that apple guy said about "design". The only exception is where it corrects for horrible workflow design (99% of things done the "Apple" way).
