Namecoach/Euphonia | Founding Voice AI Engineer (part-time, path to CAIO) | SF or Remote | REMOTE | Contract / Part-time, ~$30-120/hr by seniority, potentially converting to FT

Namecoach has spent 10 years building the largest verified pronunciation dataset of its kind: ~2M self-recorded name pronunciations, plus a large corpus of human-verified phonetic spellings.

We're now building Euphonia (https://euphonia.namecoach.ai/), a provider-neutral middleware layer that makes any TTS engine pronounce names, acronyms, and other out-of-vocabulary terms correctly. The new wave of TTS (models from OpenAI, ElevenLabs, etc) sounds great but gives you almost no phoneme-level control, so it gets lots of names and words wrong and you can't easily fix it. We sit in front of these engines and fix it.

We want real depth in speech and phonetics: grapheme-to-phoneme, IPA, ASR/TTS internals, and the ability to build and evaluate models around them (the recognition and G2P side especially). You should be comfortable shipping with agentic dev tools like Claude Code and Cursor. This is a 0 to 1 founding voice AI engineering role with a genuine path to Chief AI Officer for the right person.

Part-time to start (flexible hours, ~2hr/day overlap with US Pacific), with a paid take-home and a paid trial month before anything longer term. Potential conversion to full-time role. Series A closed, bridge to B in motion.

Orbit | Product Engineer | Full-time | REMOTE (EU) | German a plus

Orbit is an AI-first logistics operating system — order intake, route planning, carrier management, driver app, tracking, documents — replacing the Excel-and-phone stack that most of transport logistics still runs on. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and growing in a market full of VC-funded competitors. Our customers stay because the product works.

The role: we call it Product Engineer because you own a piece of the product from idea to production — deciding the solution, building it, shipping it, iterating on feedback. Not ticket-driven work. Small, strong team.

How we build: spec-driven agentic development, not vibe coding. You orchestrate agents against structured specs and persistent project context, verify output, and help build the harness itself (skills, context layers, workflows, evals). We think the engineering bottleneck has moved from typing speed to judgment — knowing what good software looks like and directing agents to produce it. If that matches how you already work, you'll feel at home.

Stack: TypeScript everywhere, zod, tRPC, Node.js, AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB/ElectroDB, SST), React/Remix, React Native/Expo. AI layer via Bedrock. You don't need to know every line of it.

Culture: all-remote (EU), async-first, low-meeting. Writing is the most important skill here. Profit sharing via our "Own Orbit" program, quarterly meetups in Hamburg, team offsites ("SpaceWalks") wherever two or more Orbiters want to meet — Orbit covers the stay. Good English required; German is a plus (customers and product are German-speaking).
