The FBI built its own replica small town to simulate real-world cyberattacks

I don't see much of the value here except for training cops to be bigger authoritarian sticks. Seems like at best a money sink or worse a path for corruption to hand out government money without adequete oversight.

I’m not sure that’s how it works.
