Senior data analytics and product leader with 20+ years in telecom and consumer tech, most recently owning BI and data strategy for a smart home product line at TELUS Communications. I built an agentic BI team of Claude Code agents that automated our weekly product scorecard reporting, and I've driven results like $7M/year in cost savings and managing a team of four data scientists. I also founded EnergyLabsNorth.com, a B2B platform based on property, location, crime, census, climate, and electrification data.

Looking for roles in business intelligence, data analytics, product management, or AI enablement.

At Meta, I built onboarding flows across Instagram and Facebook on native Android/iOS apps, driving ~7% global DAU, and internal tools used by 500+ employees daily. In previous internships, I developed AI systems for large-scale text analysis and backend/data infrastructure to process trillions of events. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping up with the latest AI research and building side projects. I’m especially excited by user-facing systems, large-scale infrastructure, and intelligent product experiences. I want to work at a faster pace company with an ambitious mission and lot of hard problems to solve.

GTM/Growth Operator & Fractional CMO. I build data-driven marketing systems and organic acquisition engines, transitioning startups from paid ad dependency to compounding organic channels. I like solving hard marketing problems.

What I've done for:

- CPA firm, I built a technical search and AEO pipeline that replaced a 25,000 USD per month paid ad spend, scaling organic traffic from zero to 210,000 monthly visits and increasing leads by 10x.

- For DTC-ecom brand, I restructured their checkout funnel, cart scripts, and localization layouts, boosting site-wide conversion rate by 250% and generating >1 million USD in annual revenue.

- For a frontier AI lab, I conducted 24 developer ICP interviews to validate commercial use cases and secured 2 enterprise design partners before we built a user interface.

- I designed an organic acquisition loop on Reddit that generated 300 active signups in 30 days with zero budget.

- For another DTC-ecom brand, I managed creator marketing campaigns and a performance marketing budget of 2.5 million USD per month across Southeast Asia.

I write technical content, build webhook-driven attribution pipelines, and set up analytics dashboards (PostHog, GTM) to make marketing performance transparent. I'm basically a one-man marketing team.

Seeking contract, fractional, or full-time roles in growth engineering, technical product marketing, or growth operations.

I’m a senior engineer and software architect working with teams that are starting to strain under growth, complexity, or delivery pressure.

Over the last ~10 years I’ve been working with startups and established companies, primarily in roles where I take end-to-end technical responsibility: from system design through implementation and production operation, while remaining hands-on in delivery.

Recent work includes leading the architecture, implementation, and operational ownership of a distributed platform for venture capital workflows, as well as building and maintaining a production survey fulfillment system. Both engagements included mentoring and coordinating engineers alongside delivery. More details can be found at https://robinsiep.com.

I’m primarily available for contract work, but open to longer-term roles with the right fit.

I'm an international prizewinning academic likely to reduce my hours due to health concerns but very interested in fun, physics-heavy problems and out-of-bag collaborations.

Location: UK

Remote: Yes

Willing to relocate: No

Technologies: Medical Imaging, Magnetic Resonance and biomedical research in general -- and in a more nerdy context, HPC, MPI, C, C++, R, a bit of python (though, frankly, I do not like it) /tensorflow, and bash / mathematica / matlab. Not popular, I know. Oh, and LaTeX. I'll write a shopping list in LaTeX. You probably don't want that.

AI / ML engineer focused on model optimization, quantization, and deployment.

I help teams take models from “works in research” to “runs efficiently in production.” My work includes PyTorch to ONNX export/debugging, INT8/INT4 quantization, calibration, accuracy recovery after compression, latency/memory benchmarking, and fine-tuning/evaluation workflows.

Best fit: startups or teams with ML/AI models that are too slow, too expensive to serve, hard to deploy, or losing accuracy after quantization/compression.

Interested in freelance, consulting, part-time, or full-time opportunities around model optimization, edge AI, inference efficiency, and applied ML systems.

I'm a freelance iOS engineer specializing in augmented reality, computer vision, and spatial computing. I develop on-device AR/CV on Apple platforms, any type of iOS/macOS app, and I've shipped three visionOS apps and several enterprise client visionOS explorations.

I've built for solo founders, startups later acquired by OpenAI & Shopify, and R&D teams at large corporations. Several apps I've built have been featured by Apple.

Latest solo project: minimap – a realtime 3D map of your home that renders the people inside it in 3D (demo vid: https://youtu.be/86vGyX5AL94).

Technologies:

- AR/CV/Spatial: ARKit, RealityKit, RoomPlan, multi-camera relocalization, LiDAR scene reconstruction, object tracking, semantic segmentation, depth estimation, image saliency, Metal, Enterprise APIs, room tracking, Object Capture, Vision framework, VideoToolbox, world tracking, Reality Composer Pro, Shader Graph, SceneKit

- Apple: Swift, SwiftUI, SwiftData, Network framework

- ML: CoreML, Create ML

- AI/LLM: OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini

- Backend: CloudKit, RevenueCat, Convex, Supabase, Firebase, Firestore
