89k for sr data engineer in nyc onsite? thats really depressing if this is what the job market is like . this might even be below livable wage in nyc.

This isn’t a job board for high-paying SE jobs. It’s for people who want to gamble on joining early-stage startups.

ArtCraft | Backend Engineer (Rust, MySQL) | Remote (Global) / Onsite (SF Bay Area and Atlanta, Georgia) | https://github.com/storytold/artcraft | https://getartcraft.com

We’re experienced artists and engineers building source available controllable AI for artists, filmmakers, musicians, and creatives. Many of the top artists in the expanding AI art industry use our tools. We’re building this for them as much as for ourselves.

As a part of our work, we’re also building open source routing, model hosting, and model inference utilities.

Our services and desktop app are written in Rust. We currently use Tauri, but we’re interested in building a fully-native UX in Bevy.

Our services use Actix Web and SQLx, and it’s preferable if you have experience with distributed systems.

Strong need for Rust + MySQL + Backend experience.

We leverage Claude Code extensively, but we still want meticulously maintainable, human readable/editable code.
