Author here. I put this whole thing online for free. Now it's 47 chapters, no signup, no email gate, nothing to buy, source on GitHub. And I will keep adding more.

It's everything I've figured out about operating AI day to day: Claude Code, Fable (i managed to use it heavily before gov claw it back) agents, skills, the swarms, loops that run while I sleep - instead of just chatting with it, including the failures with the real bills attached (one uncapped loop cost me $1,847 in a night before I caught it).

I wrote the manual I wish I'd had when I started; making it free is the point, and I just wanted to share it, not just over linkedin or my newsletter.

Anyhow, take whatever's useful and ignore the rest, and I'd like to hear what's bitten you that I should add.
