Woosmap | https://www.woosmap.com/ | Backend Engineer (Mid-level & Senior) | HYBRID (London, Paris, Montpellier) or REMOTE (UTC-1 to UTC+2) | Full-time

We run location APIs. Geocoding, routing, store locator, address autocomplete, etc. at enterprise scale. When a checkout page resolves your address, or a courier finds you first try: that's us.

Stack: Python, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Valkey, Postgres, OpenSearch, Docker, AWS, Datadog.

We are a small team, owning and driving complex solutions to production on a daily basis. We are looking for a good generalist to become an expert in a part of our stack. 1st PR ships to prod within a week, very little process and good team spirit!

This is very close to what I’m building with JARVIS — a local AI assistant with deterministic command routing, validation boundaries, visible state, and tool execution.

I’m Europe-based, so NYC 5x/week probably makes it hard, but if you’re open to a remote/contract AI systems engineer for agent state, tool calling, workflow execution, or voice/SMS/email automation, I’d be interested.

Earlier quoted context omitted.

Nice opportunities, but unfortunately not global remote :')

I mean, feel free to throw your name in our system by submitting, but yeah, the vast majority of our work is directly for our clients, and right now in May 2026, most of our clients are states side and most like at least _the idea_ that they could fly somebody on our staff out for an onsite with them if needed. That said, we have had (and in one case still have) international clients, and sometimes local clients don'…

Good to know that devs from outside the US still have a chance; I will send in my application as well.

The compliance tax on healthcare AI is brutal, but there are patterns and tools that make it manageable. Feel free t…
