We're a 3-cofounder gym/fitness SaaS , closing a pre-seed. Hiring our first engineer to own: - NestJS/Postgres backend (~70%) - Coral, our WhatsApp AI agent for member retention (~30%)

You'd be our first hire. Real ownership, real equity, no committees. Stack: NestJS, Prisma, Postgres, Next.js, Anthropic API, Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.

Looking for: 3–5 yrs backend, comfortable shipping solo, genuine curiosity about LLMs / retention modelling. ML hobbyist > ML PhD for this role.

Thank you for asking! That depends on the role - some of them have specific subject matter requirements listed in the job descriptions (for instance a deep knowledge of computational geometry), though not all.
