Email: ou.supu@gmail.com

26 years building production systems across founding teams and scale-stage operations. Founding engineer 3x. Shipped a Go service handling 100k messages/sec on distributed identity. Led the team of five that built ernest.io — open-source IaC.

For the last 18 months I've been running a structured AI workflow in production — plan→work→QA loop, specialist agents, overnight batch runs. Documented at https://adriacidre.com/.

Open to senior IC, AI platform, or harness-engineering work at small teams where engineers own the product end-to-end. Stack-agnostic — the company picks; I adapt.

I am always up for learning new things and applying it, So if you are looking for someone who can be in your niche tech or something challenging,Then I am your guy.

Other than that, I love movies and books, mainly stories, world building, fantasy, so if you are working on anything like that, I am hugely interested.

I’m currently active as a senior engineer, software architect, and entrepreneur. Having nearly a decade of experience working with startups and larger, established companies. I provide everything from short architecture reviews to hands-on implementation and full technical ownership.

Recent work includes the design, implementation, and operational ownership of a distributed system for a venture capital platform, as well as the creation and maintenance of a survey fulfillment platform. Both engagements involved mentoring and coordinating multiple engineers. More details can be found at https://robinsiep.com.

I’m primarily looking for contract work, but am also open to a longer-term position with the right fit.

Feel free to reach out at contact [at] robinsiep.com. I’m always happy to talk with others in the industry.
