Senior backend and infrastructure engineer, available for part-time contract work (8–16 hours/week) alongside an existing engagement.

I currently own the full backend and infrastructure layer for a EU company: Python APIs (Flask/FastAPI), PostgreSQL and Redis, AWS infrastructure managed with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes workloads. I've performed cloud migrations between AWS, Azure, and DigitalOcean, and taken ownership of legacy systems that nobody else wanted to touch. Happy to be the person your team pings when something is broken and nobody knows why.

Looking for 1–2 additional clients who need a reliable, senior-level contractor to own a slice of their backend or infrastructure. I invoice through a registered EU company in EUR or USD.

Before that, tech lead at Hubble Exchange — built a custom EVM-forked L1 for orderbook perps that scaled to 50,000 TPS and 30M+ transactions, including the matching engine, indexing stack, and an SDK for market makers.
