Have you seen Reddit? Literally thousand of threads talking about cheating their employer or piling-up multiple jobs, very deceptive practices and people start to wonder why hiring is going down, employees have a huge part of responsibility in all this mess, corporations are abusing their power, yes, but how many employees have stabbed honest employers in the back by fake medical, dual jobs, anti-AFK tools and such... what's weird is that it's not even illegal, it's just a civil matter most of the times, but if the employer does it, then it's illegal, go wonder.

Before people start saying it's because some are paying people peanuts, this isn't even true, from my own experience, having had many staff in my life, with pays way above the average, you'll still find employees that would do everything to avoid working and not even recognize that this is straight THEFT.
