Viewpost | Senior Software Engineer — AI-Driven Payment Systems | Fully Remote

We're a B2B payments platform (VCC, ACH, check) building a multi-tier agent architecture that replaces manual batch workflows with real-time, AI-optimized decision-making. Think ML-based scoring, decision-theoretic optimization, and human-AI collaboration — making thousands of real financial allocation decisions per day.

The architecture is designed and documented. You'll join a sharp, experienced team and own the build.

Day-to-day: decision engine for optimal action sequencing, real-time WebSocket infrastructure for human agents, scoring/ranking pipelines combining ML outputs with business rules, data pipelines for ML feature extraction, database migrations, event handlers, serverless functions.

Stack: .NET 10, C#, DDD/CQRS/event-driven, SQL Server, AWS (Lambda, EventBridge, DynamoDB), React (internal admin UI), Python (ML scoring pipeline). We use Claude Code as a daily development tool.

Looking for: strong C#/systems fundamentals, fluent with agentic coding workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.), someone who thinks in state machines and optimization trade-offs, and who ships. React/TypeScript, AWS serverless, Python, or payments/fintech experience are strong pluses.

Small team, low ceremony, fully remote. Profitable company — not dependent on the next funding round. Competitive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO). You'll own features end-to-end from schema to production.

Espresso AI | Staff ML & Staff Infra Engineers | Brooklyn or San Francisco | Full time

We're using LLMs to build neural optimizers, neural scheduling systems, and neural workload tuners. (If you're ex-Google, you can think of it like Borg powered by LLMs.)

Today we use ML to make data warehouses and spark jobs more efficient. We're hiring staff ML engineers to train models that can understand how much compute a job needs, how it scales to larger machines, whether a machine can run more jobs, and so on; and staff infra engineers to take those models and deploy them on real-world production systems.

If this sounds cool, please email me: ben [at] espresso [dot] ai
