WireScreen (Series A) | Senior Product Manager | NYC - hybrid | Full-time | $175k-$215k base + equity | https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/wirescreen/3c97417f-45f1-4480-8d38-...

WireScreen is a fast-growing Sequoia-backed Series A startup building the go-to open source intelligence platform for navigating global supply chains and China-related risk. While China maintains some of the world’s most detailed corporate ownership records, the real challenge is connecting the dots. That’s where we come in—surfacing the networks, relationships, and financial ties behind companies to support national security, compliance, and regulatory oversight.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us in an early stage product role that represents an opportunity to define the future of WireScreen’s flagship product. You’ll be part of a small team working directly with company leadership, take full ownership of brand new products, and have a meaningful impact on the future of corporate transparency around the globe.

If you have prior startup experience, have worked on at least one data product (or have strong data chops), and bring 6+ years of PM experience - we’d love to talk to you.

Apply here: https://jobs.ashbyhq.com/wirescreen/3c97417f-45f1-4480-8d38-...

Or you can reach out to me directly with questions or your resume at leo.green@wirescreen.ai - I lead recruiting here at WireScreen, but if I don't know the answer I'll ping our engineering folks and come back to you fast. If you think this role isn’t at the right level for you but are interested in working here, let me know!

Di Rezze Family Office | AI-Native Technical Operations Lead | Miami, FL (ONSITE) | $130K-$200K + Early Equity | Full-Time

We're building an AI-native clinical data platform from the ground up, not a legacy system with AI bolted on. AI is core to the architecture, the development workflow, and the product itself. Fully funded by a private family office, no outside capital needed, no fundraising runway concerns. We're assembling the founding team now.

We're building a founding team to revolutionize healthcare in the United States, and we're hiring a technical operations lead. Best analogy: studio engineer to a recording artist. You own the environment so engineering leadership stays on high-leverage product work. That means CI/CD, QA, testing infrastructure, compliance documentation, and 30-40% independent feature development. Ground-floor equity in a company that's pre-revenue by choice, not by circumstance.

Hard requirement: you are already shipping software with AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar). Not curious about AI. Not experimenting. Actively building and deploying with it. If you can't show us something you built with AI tools in the last 60 days, this isn't the right fit. Stack: React/Next.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS. But we care more about polyglot instincts than any single framework.

What we're looking for:

3-7 years full-stack experience Strong QA discipline (you write tests because you want to, not because someone made you) DevOps comfort: Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure Self-directed. We don't micromanage and don't plan to start. Must be US-based or already have US work authorization. We do not sponsor visas.

What you get:

Meaningful early-stage equity (not a token option grant)

Direct access to founders and decision-makers, no layers

A say in the technical architecture from day one

Relocation to Miami fully covered

Health, dental, vision

Interview process: 15-min screen (show us your AI-built work) > take-home exercise > 2-hour paid working session > culture fit conversation.

Email: ksantos --at--direzzefamilyoffice.com, subject line "HN April 2026" so I can find you.

Shepherd (Series B) | ONSITE | San Francisco, CA

At Shepherd, we're pursuing the most ambitious technical vision in commercial insurance: fully autonomous underwriting. Shepherd is an AI-native commercial insurance platform transforming how high-hazard industries get covered.

The infrastructure behind the AI boom (data centers, semiconductor fabs, renewable energy assets) has to be built and insured, but traditional carriers weren't built for this speed. We built Shepherd to solve that.

We just announced our $42M Series B last week! That brings our total funding to over $60M — led by Intact Private Capital, the investment arm of one of the largest insurers in the world. Intact is not only our lead investor but also a carrier partner, a testament to the confidence the incumbent industry has in what we're building.

(Hear from our CEO here: https://www.shepherdinsurance.com/blog/behind-our-42m-series...)

(Hear from our CTO here: https://www.shepherdinsurance.com/blog/the-road-to-autonomou...)

This year, we’re doubling our engineering team from 20 to 40. We’re looking for product-minded engineers to join us as we continue to scale! We’re looking for someone who thrives on ownership, drives results, and cares deeply about both technical excellence and customer impact.

We’re hiring various mid-level, senior-level and staff-level engineers. See some of our openings below:

BIT Capital | Principal Engineer (Data & Platform) | Berlin, Germany | ONSITE (2 days/week) | Full-time

Looking for experienced engineers to build and scale infrastructure and data platforms for a Berlin asset management fund. We are betting big on AI to drive investment returns and build the best infrastructure to support our high alpha targets (track record >30% p.a. since inception; https://bitcap.com/en/bit-global-technology-opportunities-ai...).

You'll design large-scale data pipelines, evolve our lakehouse architecture, strengthen data quality and observability, and build infrastructure for AI/LLM workflows (agentic scaffolding, RAG, LLMOps, AI for engineering). We are looking for a hands-on technical leader, that is steering initiatives end-to-end while staying deep in implementation.

We have our roots in tech entrepreneurship (Jan Beckers), and this mindset still dominates our work culture, even as a regulated financial institution. We are a team of ~40 with a flat hierarchy, hands-on leadership, fast-paced decisions, and a little nerdy culture as people are actually passionate about their work. Stack: AWS, Databricks/Spark, Python, PostgreSQL, Agentic AI.

If the complexity of financial markets excites you as much as the complexity of distributed systems, you'll love it here. Competitive comp, relocation & visa support, stellar team.
