Earlier quoted context omitted.

59K for a senior fullstack engineer in Hamburg is crazy low.

I agree that more would be better. The position is grant-funded and the grant has strict rules on funding limits.

Someone might join if they are desperate enough and hop at the next better opportunity, that's what I would do. Aren't you worried this will be a waste of time?

Comper | Multiple roles (engineering + design) | €80-100k + equity | Utrecht, The Netherlands | ONSITE | https://comper.io

We make software landscapes understandable and explorable. Our canvas is zoom-to-code, and shows data on overlays from all of the git repos in your company. LLMs go through the codebase and extract the architecture.

We provide clarity when it's most needed: re-orgs, onboarding, explaining the tech stack at board meetings. Or just being stuck in your IDE and want to ask your team mate a question. We'd like to do to large org codebases what Figma did to design.

Comper needs someone that can build revolutionary UIs and go where no man has gone before. We are hiring a software engineer and a genius designer (with ideally some engineering prowess). Our UI is the core of our product: a zoomable canvas that has all your code, documentation and diagrams on it. We have a long way ahead and need serious thinking to make sure we explain the software stack as simple as can be.

I'm the founder & CTO. We just raised a pre-seed and are now with 5 people. Find the vacancies on our site and send us an email.

Cool! What canvas engine are you using?

We’re currently using TLDraw as the canvas engine, primarily as an interim solution while we focus on CAD compute and 3D. Longer term, we want to move toward a Figma-style multiplayer approach

Hack Club | Quality & Integrity Lead, YSWS | Shelburne, Vermont (USA) | ONSITE

Hack Club (https://hackclub.com / https://github.com/hackclub) is a nonprofit where 1,000s of teenagers ship real projects — games, hardware, websites, apps — and we send them free stuff in return. 100k+ teens, 140 countries. Our motto is "by teens, for teens" and we operate with radical trust and transparency.

Every month, thousands of projects come through our You Ship We Ship programs. Program authors do the primary reviews. We need someone to QA the reviewers — a second set of eyes who can tell us: are they making good calls? Catching the fake projects? Being too harsh on legitimate ones?

Responsibilities:

- Spot-check approved projects (random sampling)

- Audit reviewer consistency and catch patterns

- Define what "high quality" actually means and document it

- Train program authors to make better decisions

- Handle appeals and investigations

- Build systems that work at 100k projects/year

You'll still do plenty of hands-on review — you can't spot-check effectively without understanding the projects deeply. But your mission is ensuring the integrity of the entire process, not being the bottleneck for each submission.

$55-70k. 4 weeks PTO. Health/dental/vision. Based in an 1800s building in Shelburne, Vermont. Full details: https://hiring.hackclub.com/38523

Well, can you understand the job posting? [1] It’s written in Japanese, so if you can’t read it, you’re probably not qualified to work in Japan. Some companies do hire non-Japanese speakers if your main goal is visa sponsorship to move here, but that’s not a great idea. You really need enough Japanese to get by, handle taxes, see a doctor, manage your bank account, and read emergency instructions in case of an earthquake or tsunami. It’s better to learn the language before you make the move.

PlantingSpace | Full-time | Remote (EU time zone) + Quarterly Meet-ups | https://planting.space

We’re building an AI system for analysts and scientists, based on a fundamentally new approach to reasoning and knowledge representation. Our approach differs from LLMs in that we compose algorithms symbolically to represent complex knowledge, and perform probabilistic computations. This enables the AI-driven application of statistical models to different problems, while providing the user with a verifiable reasoning path, and an assessment of the uncertainty in each answer. We are developing applications for analysis and research in domains such as Finance, Strategy Consulting, Engineering, and more.

This is a chance to shape a new approach to knowledge representation from the ground up, working alongside a collaborative team driven to solve hard problems.

We’re hiring for the following openings:

* Product Software Engineering (Quantitative Modeling)

* Bayesian Software Engineering

* Program Synthesis Engineering

* Technical Project Manager

* Finance Manager - Corporate & Accounting

AIRMO | FE, FS, ML engineers | Luxembourg | ONSITE

AIRMO is a European climate-tech company using space and airborne technologies to monitor greenhouse gas emissions globally. Our instruments — combining LiDAR and hyperspectral imaging — detect and quantify methane and CO₂ emissions from industrial sites, pipelines, and national infrastructure.

We’re building a global monitoring system from air to space, helping energy companies, governments, and investors take real action on climate impact.

We are hiring a frontend, fullstack and an ML engineer in our new Luxembourg office. This team will be responsible for building out our data platform frontend, that allows users to interact with satellite tilesets and derivative information.
