I'm a scientific software engineer and computational biologist with a PhD in neuroscience. I've built agentic LLM orchestration systems for biomedical workflows, developed open-source bioimage analysis tools (VesselVio, published in Cell Reports Methods), and engineered reproducible analysis infrastructure adopted across biopharma R&D teams. I'm looking for scientific software engineering or ML engineering roles where I can build tools and systems that accelerate scientific discovery.

Doing a working holiday in Japan, Osaka starting April 2026. I love building stuff, especially when it has to do with AI (mostly LLMs). I have tons of ideas, so in my freetime I turned many of them into open-source projects (see GitHub). At work I'm working with Java / Spring Boot and k8s - 50/50 split between Dev and OPS. I would be particularly interested in positions that have something to do with AI native software development/applications. The field is rapidly changing and I think there's a lot to explore.

I’m a product-focused full stack engineer with over a decade of experience in fiddling with software. My journey into programming began during high school when I started running my own gaming server. Since then, I’ve dabbled in open-source software and early-stage startups. I learn quickly and thrive in challenging environments where I get to take ownership of the work. Most recently, I worked at Jiva, an AgriTech transforming smallholder farming in Indonesia through tech-enabled supply chains. Before that, I was at a B2B SaaS reforming the headcount management space, and prior to that at a lending startup, where I dealt with all things tech while understanding credit cards and the compliance and regulations of running a fintech in India.
