The point of journaling is the reflection, not the written output. An AI journal would be like exercising by having a robot lift weights for you—it doesn’t make sense and destroys the point.

It is best to use for venting your unfiltered thoughts (as no one really has to see those :D) - it is not very powerful for productive use i think. But it can sometimes recommend breathing exercises which work surprisingly well!

You are right. This was a mistake in the website. I changed it to "Includes a private, local AI chat." It is for venting...
