Allocate a certain room and time religiously where you will sit down every day. Reduce distractions to nil zealously.
Sit on the floor, cross your legs and close your eyes.
Now focus on taking deep slow breaths. Every time a thought comes, and you get focused on it, relax and let it go. Refocus on your breath.
