12+ years Product Management. Most recently Staff Growth PM at ZenBusiness (8% conversion lift, 250% experiment velocity), Head of Product at a health-tech startup (grew ARR $100k -> $1.8M), Principal Growth PM at Mattermost (270% signups, 8% -> 25% activation). Before that: built experimentation platform at Indeed (600% velocity, 150% win rate lift).

What I do well: Growth/PLG strategy, experimentation infrastructure, activation funnels, retention systems, AI-powered product experiences. Recently shipped multi-agent AI orchestration for a health-tech platform - task routing, agent handoffs, autonomous execution during a product consultation.

Looking for: Growth PM, Senior/Staff/Principal PM, or Director-level. Product-led companies, AI/ML products, data platforms, health-tech. Series B+ or public. Full-time preferred, open to contract.

I work with American companies since 2019. I have experience with web applications e2e, from user interactions in the browser, down to endpoint processing and AWS provisioning. I'm also a hobbyist gamedev, but that was mostly a way of learning about running shaders in the browser (game name is Mana Battle, there's a free version on itch).

12+ years of experience building iOS and macOS apps of all kinds. Dropped business school in 2014 when I got hired into a growing startup and moved to SF. Eventually cofounded and built an early crypto app and raised a small seed. Hired 3 people but legal issues sunk us after a year or two. Joined an international crypto exchange and rebuilt their iOS app from the ground up in Swift, hired a team around it (8 people) and managed it all as the iOS Tech Lead for 4+ years until mid-2023. Took a break after a decade of constant employment, been managing my personal funds and building nonstop on side projects and financial tools. Would be keen to switch gears again to join a good crew and contribute to something bigger.

I am an electrical engineer based in Ontario, Canada. I'm very interested in the energy transition, especially the shift to electric vehicles, electric heat and the opportunities this creates in the electricity sector.

Looking for contract, part-time or volunteer work, specifically in renewable energy or smart grid consulting. I can also help write/review grant applications for Canadian federal/provincial support, but outside my areas of direct work.

Preferably smart grid technology, wind energy, solar PV, energy policy. Happy to chat about the long term revenue streams on the electricity grid, especially opportunities on the distribution system.

Location: Remote, prefer opportunities in US/Canada

Experience - Fifteen years total. Wind energy design background (Netherlands), Power systems degrees, experience working with the Canadian Federal government.

Remote: Yes, please. Willing to relocate: No.
