Cue up a lot of people who are going to use rhetoric to take make a "reasonable", "non-dogmatic" issue about this topic, while only barely acknowledging sub-conscious prejudice for or against. I refuse to believe that this person (although she is qualified) managed to be hired completely free from any bias and only on her skill.
