The cost of homeowners insurance, especially in natural catastrophe prone areas, has skyrocketed in recent years. Annex is solving this problem with better digital infrastructure for executing the transaction. Our platform enables insurance agents to quote and bind policies within 90 seconds vs. the current multi-day phone/email/fax-based transaction that is the status quo.

not only is this incoherent.. it's borderline appalling/inhumane/fruitless/dangerous/stupid You sir... need to jack out, unplug, disconnect

whether u think its bad idea or not, ai onlyfans is good $$$ and has a large market, lots of lonely ppl / bored teenagers etc maybe even gamify it or make it multiplayer like cam girls but ai or idk, its big easy market to disrupt and plenty of data to train on
