So if I want to make a payment with Tempo and currently only have US Dollars, or accept payments in Tempo and cash out in USD, Stripe will facilitate that?

#105So not decentralized at all. The only reason to not open source validators and allow the public to run their own is to make insiders rich. Another crypto grift that will mint a few millionaires before either being forgotten or merely being used as a speculative instrument.
