Blueberry Pediatrics | Full-stack Senior or Staff Engineer | REMOTE (US only)

American healthcare is seldom affordable, accessible, or high-quality. We are fixing this for pediatrics. Blueberry is the most affordable option amongst our competitors. We practice the highest quality pediatric telemedicine, as evidenced by our exclusive hiring of board-certified pediatricians and the usage of at-home medical kits. And, we’re accessible 24 hours a day.

Our success is shown in the lives we save, the costs we save our insurers, and our exploding B2B and D2C business.

As you can imagine, pulling off affordable high-quality healthcare is a challenge. It requires a lot of engineering ingenuity, a C-suite aligned with positive patient outcomes above short-term profits, and a great product team.

We use Django, Hotwire Turbo (an HTMX-like framework), Pytorch, Sklearn, and Flutter. Experience in these technologies helps, but what’s more important is general full-stack knowledge, curiosity, and a strong work ethic.

Estuary | US Based (Some flexibility with location for the right candidate) / Remote | Full-time – https://estuary.dev/

Estuary is a VC-backed startup building the next generation of real-time data infrastructure. Our platform, Estuary Flow, combines change data capture (CDC), stream processing, and declarative configuration to unify real-time and batch data movement.

We’re open-source, developer-first, and focused on making data engineering radically simpler.

We’re a small, high-trust team with deep experience in distributed systems, stream processing, and data tooling — and we’re growing.

We’re hiring for:

Senior Backend Engineer (Integrations) – 5+ years of backend engineering experience. Proficiency in Go...Rust is a big bonus!

Own and scale high-impact systems that power real-time data pipelines. You’ll work on complex integrations with external APIs and databases, improve our internal connector frameworks, and tackle deep challenges in performance, reliability, and developer experience.

Backend Engineer (Integrations) – 2–4 years of backend experience. Help expand and maintain our catalog of real-time data connectors using Python. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers to build and optimize integrations with third-party systems, while deepening your skills in infrastructure and stream processing.

What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for engineers who care about building reliable, maintainable systems and enjoy working with complex APIs and data flows. We value curiosity, clear communication, and a willingness to learn.

Bonus points for experience with CDC tools, open source contributions, or fast-paced startups.

Goody | Remote (US & Canada preferred) | Multiple Roles | Full-time — Principal Software Engineer — Lead our platform end-to-end, guide cross-functional decisions, and ship at a startup pace. Ideal candidates have previous startup experience as a founding/early engineer or founder. $250K – $300K + equity https://jobs.ongoody.com/principal-swe — Senior Software Engineer — Ship a startup pace and with an eye for except…

Loving the motion controls! More sites need fun little Easter eggs like that.

Also, I wish I'd known about Goody a couple years ago. We ran a lot of internal hackathons and sent out a lot of thank yous. With a fully remote team, managing the prizes and gifts took up an inordinate amount of time.

Earlier quoted context omitted.

who do I have to pay to get my resume read by a human? I am really excited about sr full stack role here - 9 years experience, ms cs, most of my work at startups

I'm completely aware you're joking, but I've got people damn mad at me for making the "who do I have to pay/bribe around here" joke that I avoid it like the plague these days.

Sorry for the triteness, will improve my humor game in following months! (The 2021 vs 2025 interview parody video that I watched lately is pretty amazing...)

Tufalabs | AI researchers and engineers | Zurich | Full time | Onsite | $165k | https://tufalabs.ai/

We are a small, independent research group working on fundamental AI research.

Since around 2008, I always believed that AI research will be the most impactful technology to work on, both from an intellectual curiosity and technological capability perspective. After a few failed attempts to get into ML/AI research, I decided to apply it to quant finance, and then start an AI research lab from it.

This is how Tufalabs was funded about a year ago. We started working on ARC (https://arcprize.org/arc-agi), and since o3 we focus on LLM-based reasoning, self-improving loops and scaling trends. You can see some of our research there: https://tufalabs.ai/blog/_site/

We do not have too many spots left, but I want to make sure we don't miss-out on people who would be great fits. We look for obsessive people who share the same research interests. To apply, email me at not_a_cat at fastmail com.
