Hi, I'm Divyaank! I am looking for Software Engineering roles focused towards backend, data, infrastructure and distributed systems. I possess around five years of experience in the Systems domain spanning across industry and academia. I am proficient in Java, Python, Kubernetes, SQL, bash and have dabbled with Scala, C, Go, JavaScript, Spin/Promela. I am affiliated with the File systems and Storage Lab (FSL) (https://www.fsl.cs.stonybrook.edu/). I have worked on implementing Containerization support (using Kubernetes, Docker and Kata Containers) for Swarm Verification (https://spinroot.com/swarm/) used by Metis (https://github.com/sbu-fsl/Metis). Previously, I used Metis to discover kernel hang bugs in the Journaled File System and submitted patches to the Linux kernel to fix these bugs[https://lore.kernel.org/lkml/8c7b1d37-758a-46b2-b8aa-afd3331..., https://lkml.org/lkml/2024/7/5/899]. Additionally, I have also volunteered as an Artifact Evaluator at ASPLOS '25 and FAST '25 conferences.

Before FSL, I worked for three years in the FinTech industry at MSCI Inc., first as a Site Reliability Engineer (earning a fast-tracked promotion in the process) and then as a Backend Engineer.

Hey HN,

My name is Kyle Hayhurst, a Senior Software Developer looking for some interesting work. Over the past 15 years I've designed, built and scaled enterprise-grade applications across the full stack:

JavaScript/TypeScript (React, AngularJS, Node.js)

C#/.NET Core APIs

Python-based services and AI/RAG integrations

Containerized deployments with Docker & Docker Compose

Message-driven architectures using RabbitMQ

Cloud hosting on AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3)

I love diving into new challenges. Whether that’s architecting microservices, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, or automating data workflows. I’m looking for contract or full-time opportunities (remote preferred) where I can collaborate with teams to tackle complex problems, streamline development, and ship quality software.

Please feel free to reach out!

Willing to relocate: (yes mostly if the pay is good)
Technologies: Java, Python, applied AI/LLM applications, Golang, SQL, Linux administration, Docker, Git, Javascript/Typescript
Resume/CV: https://home.alles-tools.com/resume (please solve the captcha)
    Email: suvarnanarayanan2g (at) gmail.com
I'm a backend developer for the most part but I also do full stack development if the UI isn't highly complex. Before I got laid off - I was making it @ Autodesk.

I have quite some experience dealing with LLM based applications - taming them into giving more sane answers. The best one that I have built so far lets you attach to any data sources (SQL/NoSQL/Files etc) and then just ask questions about them. Literally any question (even outside the schema) and it never makes up stuff.

If you prefer - you could directly schedule a meet @ https://calendly.com/suvarnanarayanan2g/30min?month=2025-07

If you cannot make the slots to work for the calendar above, please shoot me an email and I will do a meet at a time you are comfortable with. Cheers!

My name is Nate Bennett. I reside Thousand Oaks, Ca with my beautiful wife of almost 15yrs and 3 children.

I'm a product-minded engineer who loves to think through and map out the opportunities and problems associated with developing a product.

I have founding experience and I have worked remote for much of my career, thriving with both autonomy and team-based projects. In previous roles I have worked with designers to create user-friendly interfaces and interactions from Figma designs and through customer feedback as well as building out database schemas and APIs.

As a former professional athlete, I am looking to join a team where teamwork is paramount and opportunities for growth and learning from others are a daily occurrence.

I’m currently developing a SaaS application called “Great Job!,” a productivity platform for job hunters, learning roadmaps, and AI-enhanced portfolio creation workflows. I'm very interested in AI Engineering and have began to dive deeper into AI topics and use it daily to augment my coding.

Away from the computer I enjoy working out in my garage gym, playing guitar, and playing outside with my kids.

Hi! I’m Luis — a QA Automation Engineer with 12+ years of experience building test frameworks and maintaining quality pipelines across web, mobile, and backend systems. Recently, I’ve been exploring QA strategies for AI-powered apps and integrating LLMs into testing flows. • Built and maintained E2E/API test suites with Playwright, Cypress, and WebdriverIO • Integrated automated tests into CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Docker) • Experienced in API validation, data testing (SQL), and test infrastructure setup • Currently building small tools and test strategies for apps using OpenAI APIs and LangChain • Strong scripting in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python • Comfortable collaborating across frontend, backend, and product teams

I’m looking for remote roles (contract or full-time) and if possible AI-focused teams that value quality and automation from the start.

I am a seasoned C++ developer with 23 years of experience in the industry. I have experience in Desktop, Embedded and Mobile development. I also did some back-end work and even some reverse engineering, though that was a while ago. I also have some ML experience (PyTorch) - also a while ago, but not that much. Most recently I've doing 3D graphics (simulation and later maps). My Linear Algebra is quite decent - I use it regularly.

My preferred next career move is independent contracting. 6-12 months contracts ideally. I will also consider permanent fully remote positions, but only quite senior ones - Staff Engineer / Architect level.

I've been fully remote since 2018 and I intend to keep it that way.

Location: Tennessee

Remote: Preferred*

Winning to Relocate: Yes, but I need time to sell my house.

Technologies: Rust, Python, some C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, Linux (RedHat), Assembly (mostly older 8bit systems)

Resume/CV: On request

Email: this username at reploid dot cafe

Experienced software engineer with several years of Linux administration support experience, mostly with the web stack, docker and some kubernetes. Feeling isolated by remote project work, looking to pivot away from strictly software dev and into infrastructure or support roles. I find that I especially enjoy debugging and triage; nothing is quite so satisfying as digging several layers into a complex stack and emerging with the configuration flag that was almost certainly the root cause. I would love to explore more of this side of the business.

My personal projects largely include retro game development and emulation, though I'm quite content to leave these as hobbies. Not much demand for 6502 programmers these days :)

*I deeply miss personal connections with my colleagues, and would not mind a return to office. I'm just not near an office.
