Fathom - AI Notetaker | REMOTE (must work US hours) | Full time | https://fathom.video We make the number one AI Notetaker and are hiring across the stack (rails/typescript/go/k8s/gcp). About Fathom: • YC W'21, raised Series A this summer, ~70 employees • Growing 10-20% every month (ARR + Usage) • 82 NPS, #1 app on both G2 + Zoom marketplace, 10k+ installs on HubSpot marketplace Team makeup + culture: • Low ego, high…

I really don't think it's wise to gate your applications behind an AI video interview lol. It's just too much time to invest before I even know if there's any mutual interest. You will probably tend to filter out candidates with other options and be left by candidates that are more desperate and willing to invest the time.

This looks like some kind of dogfooding as you interview on their product (which is designed for note taking and not explicitly AI interviews). I'm not sure how I feel about it but it makes much more sense than if it was just farming out screening to a company that makes an interview app.

Also true yeah. But I've also had some bad experiences going through interview processes with startups where it became clear that half the interview was just an ad for their product.
