Of course, that's a perfectly valid path if you don't mind bears roaming free and unhindered, biting whoever they desire. However, it's fair to say some people would prefer vicious grizzlies be confined to areas that are safe for them and the public.

I suppose Rosa Parks should have simply sat in the back of the bus and not poked that bear either...
