#5What could be the reason pre-recorded audio/visual performances are excluded? Shouldn't this just be for everything? Why would some types of tickets be required to be truthful about fees and not allowed to lie about the total price in ads, while others are allowed?

Where as these are not typical concerns for movie producers and movie theaters which are already operated as a legal cartel.
