Administration officials often have about as much knowledge of what's to come as we do.

#10Ugh. Note that this is a capitulation. China's retaliatory import tariff rate remains in effect, and they get to decide which industries to relax, if any. The net effect is that if you're in one of the handful of businesses that export to China, the Trump administration threw you under the proverbial bus.
