#2Sensationalist rubbish. The first sentence doesn't line up with lived experience:

Who among us feels delight when forced to deal with an AI "service rep"? The only people chatbots help are middle managers trying to keep their call center budgets down.

"What's the difference between a computer salesman, and a used car salesman?"
"The used car salesman knows when he is lying to you."

And car salesmen (humans) might actually care, AIs probably wont, no matter the situation.
