I've been waiting for ops roles at DuckDuckGo to pop up! Just submitted :)
Hope it goes better for you than for I! 6:00pm last night - applied. 4:00am this morning - rejected. Mind you, it was for the Brand Manager, Ad Production role, but I thought I was pretty decent fit!

#575We’re Flink Robotics, a VC-backed startup out of ETH Zurich, building the next generation of plug-and-play robots to handle dynamic material handling in logistics – stacking boxes, sorting parcels, and unloading goods. We're a team of 4 engineers and some highly motivated interns.
We're looking for an experienced Head of Hardware/Robotics Engineer to take charge of designing, building, and scaling our robotic hardware. You'll work with robot arms, grippers, sensors, and pneumatic systems – a mix of off-the-shelf and custom-built components – and help grow our hardware team from 3 to dozens in the coming years.
If rigid, overcomplicated automation frustrates you and you want to build robots that just work, this is your place. You’ll be hands-on, shipping real systems, and redefining industry standards.
Competitive salary + equity. Zurich-based with some home office flexibility. Join a small, high-energy team pushing the boundaries of robotics in logistics.

#580meta: Thanks @dang for listening the community - the comments, which is the main differentiating factor of HN, are no longer being detached from the job posts.
@dang it would be useful if the order of posts stay constant only as of timing (maybe also downvoting), and does not change depending on whatever other criterias there are. While now posts shuffle, and one has to scan whole list for latest, again and again.
