Can someone explain why this is downvoted. Just curious

I noticed that this particular job ad has been posted here third time in a row.

Also, post author comments from multiple accounts, claims to be the CTO for two companies, but also refuses to hire engineers working at two companies[1]. Technically nothing wrong with that, but also a bit funny.

Office Hours | Senior/Staff Software Engineer | SF, NYC, or Remote (US) | $160K-$210K + equity | https://officehours.com

We're a consulting platform and marketplace.

On one side (demand), we help businesses find, connect, and learn from experts. On the other (supply), we make it easy for people to get paid to share what they know.

Similar to other marketplaces, things seem simple on the surface: search, match, connect, and pay. But under the hood, there are fun and challenging engineering problems across search, discovery, recommendations, data, logistics, payments, and performance.

We're looking for an experienced (6+ years) backend engineer to help us solve them. The ideal person would be a backend engineer with experience (or interest) in data engineering or search/discovery/recommendation experiences.

Our small, driven, curious, collaborative team has built a robust, high-quality platform. If you're interested in helping us continue to scale it up, apply using the link below.

Is there some kind of equity or profit-sharing, in this default-alive startup? The Web site has a lengthy discussion of its "First and Best offers" for salary and bennies (ok), and mentions that there's no bonuses (ok), but I can find no mention of stock/ISOs/RSUs/etc.

Yes, we provide meaningful options grants to all teammates (standard 4 year vest with a one year cliff).
