Although, more seriously, I doubt it would be accepted. In order to be patented, the idea must be novel, useful, and not obvious. It meets the requirements for useful, but not-obvious and novel may be harder to establish. (Depending on any patents for single-serving condiment packaging, they may be phrased in general enough terms to be considered prior art)

Pre-sealed pocket of wipes; good idea! The wipes would be warmed by the baby's body heat as well; babies don't like a cold wipe on their tushies.

A first-aid application for e.g. iPhone which shouts at me what to do when finding an unconscious person. With clear voice and pictures that I can even understand if my head's in "omg omg he's dying what to do what to do" mode. (Perhaps such an app exists; I'm too far away from an iTunes-capable computer right now to check.)
