Using crypto doesn’t somehow make you immune to prosecution. If the government says TikTok is banned, no company’s chief counsel is going to suggest getting around the ban by using bitcoin.

#28So many decisions are being made during the transition that could have been made before the election. Is this normal / good for the countries in general? Regarding TikTok I agree that it's a national security problem for USA in its current form, so actually it is not even the decision that I oppose.
