Hey HN! I created jumpship.fyi out of curiosity about where FAANG engineers were heading for their next journeys. I believe the engineers a company attracts say a lot about its culture and potential. For example, if a lesser-known Series B startup draws in 2-3 senior engineers from Google or Meta, it’s likely worth a closer look.

Interesting idea! The load times are quite long, though. Maybe add a loading spinner at least?

Interesting insights! I'm a current FAANG engineer and I've been looking for small to medium companies for my next stop. Is this chart only showing Software Engineer mobility? Can you also add the data for other types of engineers, like Data Engineer or ML engineer?
